Corridor 9

Only 15 more hours to go before I am finally released from this prison. Since I showed up at 7 pm on Wednesday to work for another fireman,and worked a full callback yesterday, I’m going to be here a total of 108 hours. Thats only 12 hours short of 5 days straight. I have only done this once before in my career, and swore I would never do it again. Unfortunately this time it was not by choice. I have figured out that the paycheck should be pretty good though. It will allow me to take care of some obligations I wasn’t looking forward to. I guess God does work in mysterious ways, even if they do involve a bit of cabin fever.
