I saw this today and absolutely had to have a copy of it. I did a little searching around on the net and found a link to the artists home page. Some of the links on his site appear to be bad, but the artwork on the site is purely awesome.
Check out the Ferenc Caco Seoul Sand Art video from the Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival in 2003. It is a fairly large video at approximately 18MB, but it is well worth the download time.
